How information is shared
Tech401 does not sell personal information. We may share information with social platforms at your direction, with service providers that help us operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, Tech401 or the public. Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their work.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations. You may disconnect an authorized social account at any time. You may also request deletion by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
Security
Tech401 uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access, encrypt supported credentials and review service activity for misuse.
